Origins Of The Korean War and The Vietnam War
Though The Korean War and The Vietnam War were totally different wars, they started because of almost the same thing. Korea was once one country. However, there were tensions that were rising. Part of the country was wanting to be communist, while the other wanted to stay away from communism. This caused a civil war between the two sides. America got involved and separated the sides into North Korea and Republic South Korea. Vietnam went through about the same thing. Communism and Democracy clashed, so people clashed. America got involved in this war also, but unlike The Korea War, Vietnam was not separated.
